1) What do I eat on this program?
This is the most common question we get. The answer is: eat what you want unless given instructions that involve eating from the grid. If you try to go hungry, you won’t make it. The idea is to make sure you have the right nutrients on board for recovery – for change – at the right times. The grid is designed to provide you supplements and guidance when you need it. Otherwise don’t try to restrict calories.
2) What do I do with this grid?
This is the most important question we get. The grid is a schedule for you. Follow the instructions* each day and mark the tasks complete. Most importantly, though – if you start to stray from the schedule or falter – do not quit or start over! The program is built to adjust to your changing motivation, changing life demands, and so on. When you change a given day to another task – the grid will readjust itself to keep you on track toward your goals.

3) What is the goal?
The goal is to accumulate points, displayed in the top right corner of your grid – and finish the levels. Your point total for a given level will calculate based on you answers, then you chase that total by completing tasks. By completing the tasks and using the dynamic (changeable) function of the grid, “work the grid” until you reach your point total.
4) How is this grid for me?
The grid is generated based on an algorithm created after years of research and study of the human body through Obesity Medicine. Your answers on the “Signup” page are used to personalize your grid.
5) What is the point of this program? What will I get if I finish?
If you finish this program (Levels I – III) you will be a different person. You will have broken the cycle of constantly trying diets and quitting. You will be fit and conditioned to execute any diet or exercise program you choose – and finish it!
6) Will I lose weight on this program?
Yes. At the end of level III, if you follow the program to the letter and accumulate all the points, you will have lost weight and trimmed down. Most importantly, though – you will be lean and fit and ready for future successes.
7) Do I need equipment for the workouts?
Yes. Light resistance bands, light dumbells (5-8 lbs), a step or a chair, and an exercise ball.
8) How does the program work? What is special about the Catching Point Transformation?
